These applications give you simple authoring, editing, and publishing options, while still providing flexibility in style, format, and presentation.

IMPORTANT FOR RESEARCHERS: SciENcv, A Tool Designed to Assist Researchers

SciENcv is an electronic system that was designed to reduce the administrative burden on researchers who have been awarded federal funding. It allows researchers to assemble and maintain the professional information needed for federally funded research.

What SciENcv does:

The Office of Research Development’s provides access to a monthly Research Development & Grant Writing Newsletter. This newsletter contains both articles and links to resources on the web and has been formatted so that readers can click on embedded hot links to find more information on subjects of interest.

HERD is the Higher Education Research & Development Survey published annually by NSF. It reports all research expenditures (sponsored and non-sponsored) by US Universities. President McCullough wants everyone to ensure that all FSU research expenditures are appropriately reflected on the HERD Survey. While SRA and FSURF capture all sponsored expenditures, non-sponsored expenditures can require some further effort to capture.
