The Research Development team is offering a two part on demand Funding Your Vision Series.

1. Part 1: Strategies for Success

   1. For Funding Your Vision: Strategies For Success, we discussed grant writing basics and tips for telling your story and conveying the impact of your research and creative activities. We also heard from a panel of FSU faculty across a variety of disciplines on their experiences with grant writing and speaking to different audiences (i.e., funding agencies). Importantly, we included perspectives from faculty at different career stages.

      Learning Objectives:

      1. 1. Proposal Writing Tips: Participants will be able to understand the critical components of any proposal.

      2. 2. Case Studies and Best Practices: Participants will learn best practices from faculty in diverse research areas and stages in their career who have had success securing funding.

   1. For Funding Your Vision: Don't Forget the Details, we dove into the smaller details that will ensure your proposal meets agency requirements. We also covered the logistics of getting your proposal submitted to the funding agency.
